The SASS product is not working correctly, and it has been less than 24 hours since your purchase.
Frequent abuse of our refund policy will result in your account being closed.

You are not eligible for a refund if you have used more than 60% of your daily obfuscation limit.
Stripe, PayPal, and Cash App are the only refundable payment forms.

Ff arbitration is unavailable you agree to wave all legal rights and stop accessing the services provided by Shadowbits.

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, you will be immediately banned from using the services of Shadowbits. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against any customer who attempts a fraudulent chargeback. Additionally, chargeback fees will be passed on to the customer.
21. Digital Goods & Non-Refundability
By purchasing digital goods from Shadowbits, you acknowledge and agree that digital goods are non-refundable except under the conditions outlined in the Refunds & Terminations section. This is in compliance with the Michigan Consumer Protection Act regarding digital content sales.
22. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
Shadowbits does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.
